The Jim Davis Scholarship Application period has begun! Applications are being accepted through April 1, 2022. The scholarship provides an opportunity to a deserving Virginia telecommunicator in good standing with their organization to attend the Virginia Spring NENA/APCO Conference.
Scholarship criteria:
- Applicant has not previously utilized the Jim Davis Telecommunicator Scholarship in the past five calendar years.
- Applicant must be WORKING IN VIRGINIA currently.
- Applicant must be a member in good standing of his/her organization.
The scholarship winner receives:
- Complimentary conference registration (excluding pre-conference courses)
- Complimentary two-night stay at the conference hotel

Conference and hotel registration for the 2022 Spring Virginia NENA/APCO Conference are now open!! And best of all, we will be back in person this year! Yes, that’s right, BACK IN PERSON!
The location of the conference is moving this year to the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This facility, just like the Sheraton, has direct beach access. But, this facility is larger and will allow the conference to provide greater value to our attendees and sponsors.
The cost for conference registration is $165.
And best of all, the first 100 people to register get a FREE Virginia Chapter of NENA Challenge Coin upon checking for the conference!!
And don’t forget to register for a pre-conference class, to be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
