Jason works as a Communications Consultant with Mission Critical Partners, LLC. He served as the Director of Emergency Communications for the Shenandoah County Department of Emergency Communications from 2014 thru 2018. He has been working in Emergency Communications for the past 17 years, beginning his career as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher in Hagerstown, Maryland. He has also served as a Senior Telecommunicator and also E9-1-1 Coordinator for other agencies prior to moving into his current role.

During his career he has obtained completed the NENA Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP), APCO Registered Public Safety Leader (RPL), and is a Virginia DCJS General Certified Instructor and International Academies of Emergency Dispatch EMD Instructor. He is also a graduate of the University of Maryland University College, and of Capella University. He also hold numerous other public safety credentials, and is an active volunteer fire fighter.

His hobbies include: Fishing, sports (NFL, Hockey and NASCAR), and spending time with family and friends. Jason currently lives outside of Winchester with his wife and children.

Tracy started her career with Prince William County 911 in 1995. After consolidation, Tracy moved up the ranks to reach Shift Supervisor, now reclassified as Public Safety Communications Manager, in January 2015. She was a volunteer EMT and Paramedic for many years and volunteered locally in Manassas City and Prince William County. She is a DCJS General Instructor, CTO Instructor and EMD Instructor and was once the Training Coordinator for PWC. In addition to her duties as a 911 Manager, Tracy serves on several committees and teams in PWC including Team Leader of the Incident Dispatch Command Team and a member of the Training Team and Panel Interview Committee.

Outside of work, she is an active board member of both Team Prince William Inc and Law Enforcement United; two non-profit organizations that bring awareness and support to the families of fallen law enforcement officers. She is also an active board member of the local Prince William County Police Association serving as a civilian Director at Large. Tracy has been involved in State Legislation and lobbying in Richmond on behalf of Virginia 911 Centers for a bill to provide enhanced retirement benefits through VRS and a bill to get 911 Telecommunicators added to the first responder groups covered under PTSD Worker’s Compensation. While this continues to be a work in progress, Tracy is committed to enhancing the lives and work environments of 911 Centers across Virginia.

Jackie Carroll retired as the Deputy Director for the James City County Emergency Communications Center in 2014. She made a career in 9-1-1 starting in 1979. Jackie is a Life Member of the James City Bruton Volunteer Fire Department (JCBVFD) where she began volunteer service in 1974. Additional, Jackie has for approximately 18 of those volunteer years, been on the Board of Officers serving in the capacity of both Secretary and Treasurer, where she continues to date.

Carole worked for Hanover since 1984, retiring as of Jan. 1, 2020. She was a Sr. Communications Officer assigned to the Midnight Shift. She is a DCJS General Instructor, a NCIC/VCIN Instructor and an APCO Certified Training Officer. She is also an employee of the Caroline County Sheriff's Office as a Part-time Communicatiions Officer, and is a Life Member with the Ashcake Volunteer Rescue Squad. Carole currently volunteers in an Associate status with the Central Middlesex Volunteer Rescue Squad as an EMT/Attendant in Charge.

Her hobbies include: Hockey, Scrabble, camping, fishing, reading, sewing, cooking, and being with family and friends.

Carole presently lives in Mechanicsville with her husband, James, children – Tristan(son) and Savera (daughter), a cat Halo and a Boxer Ahleigh.

Mary is the Quality Assurance Coordinator for Chesterfield Emergency Communications Center. Fueled by Starbucks, she evaluates performance, identifies area of training, assist with overseeing the EMD program, and maintains vital statistics. Mary has been involved in several facets of Public Safety for the past 19 years. Mary graduated with honors from Coastal Carolina University in 2007 and is always looking for additional educational opportunities. She is an active member of The Association of Public–Safety Communication Officials and has earned her RPL, CMCP, ENP, and Emergency Medical Dispatch Instructor. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her devoted husband, son, and daughter.

Jenny Rosenfeld began her public safety communications career with the Culpeper County PSCC, as a frontline Telecommunicator in March of 2007. After one year on the job, she pursued her interest in training and became a CTO for the Center. Soon after during 2011, Jenny promoted to the Training Coordinator position with Culpeper, overseeing the Center’s training and operations. Most recently, in January of 2013, Jenny was re-classified as the Culpeper County PSCC Deputy Director, where she remains to this day.
Jenny is an active member of APCO and NENA. She has earned her RPL, ENP, CMCP and is an APCO and DCJS instructor. Jenny has enjoyed working on the APCO Agency Training Program Committee for three years (2017-2019), and is currently beginning a third term as a working member for the APCO Awards Committee.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending as much time as possible having adventures with her partner and three beautiful children.
